Gym Recon Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This policy is part of the Gym Recon Subscription Terms. If the two conflict, the Subscription Terms control unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The offer
- Price: $99.00 USD per physical gym location per month, plus any tax clearly disclosed before purchase.
- Payment method: Collected securely through Stripe-hosted Checkout.
- Trial: Seven usable days with no charge.
- Renewal: Automatically renews monthly after the trial until canceled.
- Trial limit: One free trial per verified physical gym location.
When the trial begins
Checkout starts onboarding. It does not start the seven usable days. The trial begins only when Enoch publishes your approved baseline and your first usable Gym Recon missions are accessible. It lasts exactly 168 hours.
At trial start, we send the account email the trial end and first-charge date and time, the $99 monthly amount, automatic-renewal reminder, and cancellation link. We target baseline delivery within 72 hours after Checkout. If we do not publish a usable baseline within seven calendar days after Checkout, we cancel before charging unless you affirmatively choose to continue.
Charges and renewal
If you do not cancel before the usable trial ends, Stripe attempts the first $99 monthly charge at the disclosed trial-end time. Each successful payment begins a monthly paid period. Future payments recur monthly until cancellation.
How to cancel
Cancel online through the Stripe Customer Portal or email info@enochmarketing.com. No sales call, cancellation fee, or retention conversation is required.
- Before the trial ends, cancellation prevents the first charge.
- After a paid period begins, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period and access continues through that date.
- Rejoining does not include another free trial for the same location.
Refunds and corrections
There is no general post-trial refund guarantee and no prorated refund for an ordinary cancellation. We will review duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, claimed unauthorized charges, service failures we approve for a credit, and refunds required by law. A discretionary refund or credit does not create a promise for other cases.
Failed payments and disputes
If payment fails, we may send a recovery notice, provide a reasonable recovery period, and limit access until payment is resolved. A charge dispute may restrict access while we investigate. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
